I live nearby and this is my favourite place for dinner when I don't want to cook. I enjoy the food, but the service is terrible. When the manager(looks like) is in, he served well and make people satisfied. When he is not there, the waitress takes ages to order, she once let people who came after me to order first. I hope the owner read feedback and improve the service. From now on I will only eat here when the manager is in.

I've genuinely never been so disappointed!!!!!!! For the price, I expected the quality to be much better. Medium-rare steak shouldn't need tearing apart!

I heard good reviews about this place and the day I went the customer service was appalling!!!! The waiter took 30mins to come to our table, my burger was half empty and we asked for sauce and the waitress didn’t even bother coming back and walked past us several times!!! The side dish pots had a terrible smell to it and made my food smell as well! I wouldn’t never recommend this place to anyone, it was a waste of money and time!!

The Chicken we had was really tasty, first time we went and will definitely go again. Service was great and nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend.

We live fernandez grillhouse. During heavy snow the starters came to us cold but they did everything possible to rectify the situation and the food was otherwise very very tasty. Highly recommended
