My recent visit to the Loughborough Nando’s was exceptional from start to finish. The level of service has noticeably improved since my last visit, and I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the team.nnFrom placing my order to being served and finally leaving the restaurant, every interaction was met with a smile and genuine attentiveness. Jacen, Jim, and Kyle provided excellent customer service, ensuring everything was perfect throughout my meal.nnIt’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such a warm and welcoming atmosphere at Nando’s — a true 5-star experience all around. Well done to the team for setting such a high standard!
Good overall! You need to book to go to this restaurant, and it is very busy and difficult to get a table. Quite loud, but not too much. The food was really nice as usual, the chicken we got the boneless thighs was cooked great and the peri fries and garlic bread sides were perfect- totally recommend!
I visited Nando’s on a busy Saturday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and efficient the experience was. Ordering directly from the table was simple, just scan the QR code.nTo my surprise, the food arrived very quickly despite how busy it was. Everything was served hot, freshly cooked, and packed with flavour. The quality of the food was excellent, perfectly cooked, and full of that signature Nando’s taste.nOverall, a great experience with speedy service and fantastic food. I’ll definitely be coming back!
What a rip off! and misleading menu. Went in on Sunday night around 7.30pm. Asked for a large of the peri mac & cheese, told you can't have as it's on the specials list. Can only order two singles which costs more. Where does it say that! Staff admit that it's misleading. As for the quarter chicken that I ordered, what arrived was a very small thigh! Definitely not a quarter. I've had bigger chicken thighs from the supermarket and it would have cost me a lot less. Total rip off. Customers on the table next us just sent their food back and got a refund.
It’s a trash Nando’s and the customer service is poor they can’t even listen to customer’s order properly.nnI ordered what the picture showed telling the lady that I needed what’s all in the peri-Mac wrap together with the chips for the guy who I came with while my order was a chicken burger with a plain wrap no chips, then she asked me with sides or no sides I told her what’s that?, she told me about sides and I told her add on top of the order and I repeated my self telling her to put what the picture showed while my order was a chicken burger and a wrap she then put me the price and I told her is that it? Then I paid it came a chicken burger no wrap for my order and the other guy received 2 plain wraps no chips with the sides I added on top of the order. I called the lady to explain and she was acting like I was the one who made the mistake nearly crying I decided to walk out of their but the service there it ain’t good at all there is no problem in asking to take the order again if you didn’t catch up rather than assuming and placing whatever you feel like you understood.
