Wow!! We came for my friend's 50th birthday from the moment we walked in the staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely beautiful, would totally recommend and will be returning again very soon

Absolutely gorgeous meal, the food was perfectly cooked, hot and delicious. We’ve tried several Indian takeaways in the area, and this one is by far the best. We certainly won’t need to try any others.

Such a shame, i used to love the place. Normally great quality food. I went last night with some friend’s, woke up in the middle of the night and started violently puking my food back up, from 1am to 9am i was sick atleast 14 times. Not good what so ever, i could tell at the time the quality of the food was not up to standard. Really has put me off here now unfortunately.

Never been here before, but last night what a dissapointment. Plenty of tables me and my partner looking forward to a nice meal after working hard all week and not seeing each other too. Got sat opposite a family whose kids where very noisy. The menu looked appetising too. Got up and walked out. Hopefully next time we'll ask to be sat somewhere else.  Kid-friendliness: In my opinion most kids are fine. But there should be specific times and after 7pm fine dining only.

Excellent Indian restaurant for family gathering, nice location with parking facilities, well-mannered staff members and plenty of food choices. Thanks to Reza for looking after us during our family dinner. Highly recommended.

I have not been here for a long time. 5 years but that's in the past. We had starters and mains. Starter was ok. Mains 2 issues. My dish and daughters dish. My daughter's we asked for no chili. It still had a bit. My son if he came would be I'll for days. My item just had an aftertaste. Other 2 were faultless. The service, there was 3 occasion's. I was left holding a dirty plate for 5 min. It was hard to get anybody's attention. When cleaning the table we were asked to wait. Asked for 1 desert and again was asked to wait to order. When it came parts were still frozen. The service initially was 5 star.

I first came here 20 years ago and have visited regularly throughout that time. Since then I’ve travelled to 32 countries, lived in Bristol, London and Leicester and as an avid lover of Indian cuisine, I’ve still never come across a better Indian restaurant than here. Absolutely sensational food. Achari Mirch is and always will be my favourite meal and you won’t find it anywhere else. Thanks for the memories and here’s to many more meals with you. Also, kingfisher on tap.

We had family get together for one my sister’s birthday for big group.  I’m glad that we’ve decided to go to Taraj as we our table and food plan was well organised.  We’ve throughly enjoyed our meal and they also did happy birthday music at the end with cake   Highly recommended and well done Reza for organising an excellent experience

Just ordered through just eat.. DISSAPOINTING to say the least.. 4 pieces of cold aubergine with my starter.. lamb tikka starter dry & cold.. egg fried rice astless.. only saving grace were the meat samosas.. partner said naga chicken was OK but swimming in oil, garlic prawns also very oily. Won't be ordering again or recommending to friends and family.
