Food is really tasty. I Recommend trying the Fish Masala, Lamb kebab and the Fried chicken tikka buns Pav's. The chilli chips are really crispy too with a good coating of spice all over. Their dips with their boneless bites are also worth trying as they are all handmade and won't find them anywhere else. The thumbs up! dip has the right tang and spice combination. The service is exceptional with the staff asking talking me through the menu concept and how to create a meal box. Would definitely recommend coming here. It's refreshing to see a new concept of Indian food on Melton Road which is flooded with the same.
The food was excellent and the service was very warm. I had the box with Naan, rice, paneer and veg kebab. The sauce was brilliant and had the right spice level, just like you get in Bombay. It was perfect for a cold Leicester night.
Great food and service! Firstly the food we had was excellent. Don't hesitate to eat here really delicious. Secondly, they gave really good customer service, above and beyond, when a certain delivery app went down and would not allocate a rider. I couldn't cancel or get in touch with the app so I called Bombay Street kitchen who not only spoke to the app for me, but also helped me rebook with another delivery service. MASSIVE THANKS.
Tried Bombay Street Kitchen for the first time and safe to say the food was fantastic! I didn't catch the names of the two gentleman who made our order but they were lovely and very accommodating. We ordered two chicken tikka frankies, one chicken tikka Paul and lamb pav all with chilli chips. They were sooo tasty and flavourful! I had one critique about the crispy bhajia, found them too crispy and salty for my preference. None the less I found their overall taste great. Definitely will return soon!
We have ordered a takeaway from Bombay Street Kitchen. A few words - absolutely outstanding. We have pretty much had a takeaway from all shops on Melton Road and without hesitation this in our opinion is the best. Outstanding!
Came across this wonderful place as I was walking past this afternoon and thought I'd try it out. Glad I did as the food was fresh and so tasty. I had the Lamb kebab kathi roll and fried chicken tikka pau, both were delicious and definitely recommend both. Chips were crispy! The owners were welcoming and friendly. They both talked me through the menu and discussed their concept of the place which really works well. I will definitely be coming back soon to try more from the menu.
Absolutely gorgeous food. If you're in the area pop in. The guys are extemely friendly and the chicken is super moist and tender. I love spicy food and the house hot sauces they make are perfect. They can make stuff less spicy if you want it though.
No halal sign but staff told its halal as the buy things from local halal butcher. Staff are friendly and trying their best to impress, can give a big thumbs up if they could improve their food quality and taste. We had food for taking away and honestly we could not eat them as the smell is non appetizing. Chips are so dry, seem like crisps. Food not tasty at all, seem some one really experimenting the food. Hope they will improve as we could give them another shot.
I found hair in my food, and when i politely told the staff they began being very rude and swearing at me. In my 26 years of living i have never experienced such horrible service. I am never coming back the hygiene in the place is disgusting. Im gona raise a complaint with the council.
I ordered the triple burger thing. And being a veggie i was amazed how tasty it was. Even their spicy chips with cheese are nice. A little overpriced but you’re getting quality on what you’re paying for
