We went for a charity group lunch. Meal was ok and better than last year, but still not great. Staff were pleasant and tried very hard to get everyone fed. Overall the place felt dated.

Had a lovely evening but food wasn't as good as last time. Pie pastry was pretty made and put on top of dish of steak an the pan fried chicken I raved about was dry and skimped on mash and pepper sauce. Hope its just an off day
