I moved to Torquay last year, and having joined the gym, needed the motivation to get going with a programme to achieve my goals of toning up and getting fitter. Having worked with Tam for a few weeks, I feel as though I am back on track with achieving my goals. In particular, I love the variety of the workouts, and the fact that we do different activities each week, so I have lots of new ideas to use in my own workouts. I can thorough recommend Tam as a trainer.

I did the 12 sessions program with Tam over the summer holidays this year. My aim was to tone up my body and get to know what I need to do at the gym so that after the program I could carry on doing the right things. He really helped me start enjoying going to the gym and he pushed me to work really hard, which made me feel really good about myself after the sessions as I know I couldn't have done it without him helping me. I'm really happy that I did the program and have got into fitness more. If you're looking for a great and friendly personal trainer who will tailor the sessions to your individual needs then I really recommend Tam!

Tam is great at what he does. He is so passionate about hid job. He is a great motivator and delivers his job very well. If your looking for a great personal trainer give Tam a call. Highly recommended.

Tam is an excellent motivator, he helps you focus on your goal at the pace you can cope with and will give you nutritional advice dependent on your need. I had lost all motivation and initially found it hard to reach my goal because of where I was at it life and seriously Tam helped me find my mojo again. Thank you Tam

I've only been with Tam for 8 weeks but I've already noticed a massive difference. He has shown me the perfect way to train for me to reach my goals and I have fun whilst doing it. For anyone thinking about getting a trainer, I highly recommend giving Tam a go.
