The studio classes are really very good and the instructors all enthusiastic, communicate very clearly, take into account different levels and generally do a first rate job. Top marks there. However the studio is often dirty. Monday morning it was really quite unpleasant. The reception staff stand out by being particularly unenthusiastic. It's as if they don't want you there. Some training needed I think. Customer service these days is usually very good. This is not. No smile, they barely look you in the face, never a friendly greeting and when I asked about membership, it was as if the couldn't be bothered.

Good sized gym area with easy to use, up to date equipment. Lovely clean pool area with communal changing facilities for families. Staff are friendly, helpful and always on hand. All in all a great place to visit to enjoy your leisure time.

Great facilities, friendly staff and environment. Perfect mini pool which is really warm, great for a swim with your kids. Great range of equipment in the Gym and the Sauna, Steam Room, Jacuzzi and Swimming Pools are a great way to relax after a session. The quality of the design is first class and I would highly recommend.

Brilliant Gym! Brand new equipment, lovely pool, steam room sauna and jacuzzi to relax in after a hard session in the gym. And studio classes too what more do you need! 😁
