Just wanted to thank Tallaght west credit union, I Had dealings with Ashling Saul with some financial difficulties and repayments and this woman gave me the best advice I could ever ask for. Not only did she do the best she could for me with the credit union but she also gave me personal advice on my own financial situation. Ashling is a credit to the credit union and I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have someone like that to deal with. Thank you. !.
Hadnt been here for a few years. The staff were very welcoming and helped me to get setup again.
A great credit union. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are very quick to respond and action any requests. I’ve never had any issue with them. They always go above and beyond to accommodate me.

Some of the staff are the rudest you will ever meet, especially one in charge of loans, while back while I was a member I was promised loan for my wedding by one of nice staff members who said you have good shares and owe little be no problems, 3 weeks before was due to get married went to get my loan was called into office and point blank refused, not even offer of 1x times my share, seemed like she had personal issue with me, was very ignorant and seemed to get pleasure out of refusal . my fiancee was in tears and never forget her well it's just tough attitude, I just closed my account joined another one. Would advise anyone against this place.
I recently enrolled as a member and I must say that they were very accommodating and welcoming. I did not know what to expect but I kept an open mind and I was pleasantly surprised. Happy to be a member!
Dissappointed on the level of rudeness today. No need for smart people. Some people need to be thought customer service skills
