That use to be great branch and now it is a joke. You cant make your payment at the cashier you need to go to the machines and often some of them doesn't work. Also there are nobody to help use the machines and it takes lot of time as older people dont know how to use them. The opening hours also often are not as posted on the website. Overall for institution that you are trusting with all your savings this is just horrible. I feel like they trying to send me a message that all they care about is my money which I would like to be naïve enough to believe is not true.

Not the staff's problem. But OMG.  Service is no longer included in your banking.  Only one cashier on the counter. Endless waiting in line to speak to a cashier.( for which you will pay extra)  If you have a question, you are sent to the phones to speak to Banking 365.
I understand cost cutting. But this is excessive !
Ill be changing bank soon.
