Lesley and Fergus went above and beyond! The whole process from start to finish was seamless - Lesley was in constant contact with me every step of the way and Fergus was very acommadating when it came to signing documents etc! Will highly recommend to friends and colleagues!!
Fergus and Lesley were very helpful, they guided us through the entire process. I would definitely recommend EBS Tallaght.
I couldn't recommend EBS enough as a mortgage lender. Fergus and Lesley made the whole process so simple from start to finish. They were efficient and prompt in their responses and follow up. I had gone through the process of speaking with a mortgage broker previous to speaking with Fergus and I didn't think that I would ever be able to afford the house that I wanted based on the feedback I had gotten. As soon as I spoke with Fergus I felt much more positive in what was attainable for me. Having gotten approval in principle in March I just got the keys to my new home last week so thank you to everyone at EBS who helped along the way.
The wonderful Lesley helped me with my mortgage. During one of the most stressful times she did everything she could to make the experience easy and stress free. A joy to deal with, explaining every detail and part of the process. Cant recommend enough
