Me and my partner ordered a bespoke engagement ring from Taj Jewels and all I can say to describe it is…..WOW!! We are both absolutely thrilled to pieces with how beautifully stunning the ring turned out This was our first experience of ordering jewellery this way and it was a very smooth experience. Everything was done through WhatsApp but they really did make us feel special. They captured exactly how we wanted it and much, much more! We would most definitely recommend them. We can not wait to order our wedding bands from them too!!
Simply put, this jewellers is incredible. I needed a bespoke engagement ring created within a specified time period and these guys delivered above and beyond all my expectations. More over, I am not based in the UK and was only visiting for 1 week. But the team especially Enrique was amazing at organising with my first consultation via video call and then giving me regular updates on the status of my ring. Finally I visited them in store and they were nothing but a dream to do business with. The customer experience is exceptional. Thanks again to everyone at Taj Jewellers - I cannot wait to visit again for more jewellery!

Honestly! Hands down the best personal experience I’ve ever had. Let me start from the beginning, I went to a jewellers in my local area to get an idea of what type of ring my girlfriend would want when I propose to her, The good thing was that the person was very informative, the BAD thing was we had no idea what she was on about. THEN! I stumbled across Taj Jewels and as I was visiting London for the weekend I decided to go in store and find out more about my girlfriend’s dream ring. We was greeted by Enrique who not only offered us tea, coffee, water etc.. but was attentive with every detail and simplified any confusion we may of had on the Cut, Clarity, Carat etc. We went through so many options and finally found a dream ring we wanted to bring to life. Now I chose to do a lay-by option which was paid every 2 weeks by myself to taj jewels, Every payment led to an invoice sent to myself until payment was fully completed. If you’re having your ring delivered to your address be sure to remember it’s £15 delivery fee tracked, I wasn’t told this info as I thought they’d just deliver it out but what’s 15 quid compared to what I’ve already spent on my dream ring. And all info on delivery is given to you straight away. In Summary! A Experience that made everything so stress free and personal to you! Which is what really matters! These are the guys you need to be going to when it comes to your jewellery. Seriously I don’t write a lot of reviews but this is an important step in my life onto the next step. And because the service was 1st class! This needed a review for everyone to see.
Where to begin, Taj Jewels truly is the best no doubt about it. I booked an appointment and visited the store I was looking for an engagement ring and wedding band but that was about all I knew the entire staff were great they gave me some excellent suggestions and their knowledge was second to none. After a lot of exploration on styles, materials and diamonds I found what I thought to be the perfect ring for my fiancée, I was able to pick the design and more importantly the main diamond, I was informed that the ring would take between 4-6 weeks to be completed and ready for collection, it was ready in 4 weeks which was extremely appreciated as I did purchase during the pandemic and turn around time was fast! I was kept up-to-date along the process and it all went smoothly. I would highly recommend Taj Jewels to anyone and have done! Thanks again and I look forward to coming in again to purchase some more items!
I wanted to say that I had the best experience here at Taj's. I was served by a fellow named Enrique, and he helped me and my fiance with the entire process from start to finish. We picked and designed the ring we wanted which turned out gorgeous and was at a very good price. I would always come back to here, I am from the midlands and drove here twice because of overall how good the store is.
Had an awful customer service experience recently. I went to Taj Jewels with my family in search of an Asian bridal gold set. We had a lady who was very smiley and helpful. Unfortunately, her manager was the total opposite shorter, chubby man. Not to confused with the nice chap on rings. Anyway, this guy was very passive aggressive, and suggesting we were time wasters - I'm not sure why, because we needed to buy a set. He told us to go to every gold shop in Southall, do our research and then come back to him. We weren't even haggling about price. It was a really odd sales tactic. We eventually did get a bridal set, but not from Taj Jewels! I'd suggest avoiding this place. It's a shame for whoever the owner of this store is, because clearly they've worked hard to build a solid reputation. Birmingham, Manchester, and Leicester are all better places for gold - better prices and MUCH better customer service.
I cannot recommend Taj Jewels enough, they were so patient throughout and gave me plenty of advice in regards to ring specifications etc. Enrique really tailored to my needs and showcased his knowledge which enabled me to find the perfect ring. It’s already a tough process finding the perfect ring for your partner especially when it’s all being kept a surprise so it was great to lean on Enrique and his guidance made the whole process significantly easier. We will sure back for the wedding rings and look forward to seeing the team again! Thanks again Athens Piponides

Incredibly disappointing experience with Taj Jewellers, I would very strongly warn anyone using their service to triple check what they receive. We went into store in mid October to pick out a wedding ring for my husband, he chose a 22ct gold bevelled ring. The sales advisor tried to sell us 18ct but my husband was particular in what he wanted. He measured his ring size and the sales advisor calculated it would be 14 grams and ready for collection within 5-6 weeks. We paid half the money and left happy. From then on, it has been an absolutely ridiculous experience. Firstly, the ring was not available for collection until late December, which we understood because of the build up to the holiday season. Customer service was horrendous and it was difficult to get a straight answer. After that, when it was ready for collection my husband went in store and tried it on. As soon as he was handed it by the advisor, he realised this was no where near the agreed weight. He asked the advisor to weigh it and it was 5.8 grams. We were astonished to say the least. Such a reputable store tried to give us something that was less than half the agreed weight, and also charge us the same amount as 14 grams. Thankfully my husband weighed it otherwise we would’ve walked away with something that wasn’t even close to what we wanted. The advisor did not weigh it themselves. Their apologies were disingenuous and just ridiculous. A quality check after manufacture should have picked up on this. Even considering this, my husband really liked the design of the ring so we decided to give them another chance. They said in store they could redo it. And once again, they managed to disappoint even further. Getting someone to call you back is impossible, like banging your head against a brick wall. Eventually we spoke to someone on the phone about next steps in getting the ring made and we were told that they could not guarantee the weight nor the estimated date of collection. I mean what a joke. We have been waiting since October - having paid half of money and now we’re told it’s not possible and a manufacturer error?. Honestly, I will make sure to tell everyone I know to never go near Taj Jewels - they have shown they care nothing of customer service or quality assurance.
