Ramesh jewellers was absolutely incredible. They have the most incredible collection of gold!  Such great service, especially from Bob, Anees! Very incredible prices, such good value. This place deserves more than 5 stars.  Also they have air conditioning which always helps in the heat. They will help you out with whatever you need. I came to buy my jewellery for a wedding and I was able to get everything from here!

Bob, Mandy and Anees were amazingly helpful and it was a very pleasant and we got what we came in for. We were shopping for nose studs and nose rings and they had a great collection to choose from. The prices were also very very good which made us very happy! The store was clean and staff were very accommodating. They were quick and delivered quality service in a prompt manner. I would highly recommend visiting them if you are in southall. We will be visiting them again and look forward to it!

This is the only jewellers we have used in the last few years.  The service we get is outstanding.  Reema, Bob are always so friendly and make us feel welcome. In fact all the staff are amazing.  We will not go to other jewellers now. They are our jewellers now and for the future.  Well done for your excellent customer service.  You’re all amazing.

I popped in a few weeks ago, just looking and I saw a ring with my initial which is M the lady who served me was very nice, was making enquiries about a lot of things and she was very patient and answered all my questions. I went back a week later and bought the ring. The ladies who served me were very friendly and nice. Thank you guys. I was even impressed with the ring box they gave me.

I had worst experience with Ramesh jewellers.I don't even think of going there again. I bought a gold earing a month ago. When I bought that they talked a lot about warranty, guarantee and quality of their products.  But it was broken within a month of general use.  When I brought it back to Ramesh Jewellers they said their warranty is only for the Gold and not for the work they have done. So that they are 100% safe from the problems cause by selling poor quality works. Also they mentioned, although the item broken on the following day of purchase, they will not take any responsibility. In other words even they accept that their products are not in the quality of being salable. I spent around £250 on the earing and also I had to spend for fixing that poor quality item.  Also one more thing I noticed is, they mostly trying to avoid giving a proper proof of purchase though if we requested.  When I paid for the repair of the earing, initially they tried to avoid giving a receipt. Instead they are trying to  give a visiting card with some handwriting as a proof of purchase.This also will be given only if requested. I had to fight for a proper receipt.  This is somehow showing their dishonesty.  I recommend to avoid this shop at any cost!!!! Store details in the attached picture

Bob was absolutely fantastic at helping us find exactly what we were looking for! His collection was lovely, really beautiful pieces of jewellery with gorgeous designs. So helpful and friendly, we will definitely be back for any gold we buy in the future. Anees and Mandy provided excellent customer service too. Brilliant place and brilliant value for money! 5 stars deserved!

I have been a customer of Ramesh jewellers for over 20 years and would highly recommend them. Please ask for Naveen. He always provides an excellent service and is very reasonable with his charges.

Absolutely Amazing Service, I was very happy I came in with my mum and was attended to straight away, very friendly customer service and helpful when deciding what sort of jewellery would look good for a wedding gift. Worth popping in and checking out the beautiful pieces.
