bought chicken biryani from the newly refurbished takeaway - Samosas not bad, same flavouring as before . Raita great too. Alway had the lamb biryani before over 30 years Now they just have smaller portions of chicken biryani which is reflected in the reduced price._- I got a standard plastic takeaway box with ONE bite size piece of chicken in it the rest was rice - Absolute joke . The customer service is not good either Not the older guys but the younger ones - sons of one of the owners. so rude . Stopped going but thought i would give it another chance at the re opened takeaway -

Great food and very friendly service. This was my second visit and will definitely be back! Food is piping hot when served and little touches like clean napkins half way through the meal were appreciated. Excellent!Food: 5/5
All the food was very nice, good service from Arif and shayaan.
A lovely place for a long lunch. Clean, bright and airy place with really friendly service. The food is freshly made, delicious and very reasonably priced. It's going to be one of our favourites. It would be nice to be able to get sparkling water and maybe non alcoholic beer. Also the music is a little loud.

Been there on Sunday ordered starter which was clearly not fresh. Left over rice pieces on samosa. Taste was alright nothing special portion size is small. Prices are too high for no reason. Waiters and their service was good £2.00 for a can of drink which is literally 45p outside. won't recommend.
I have been coming to the take away for over 40yrs and have never had any issues whatsoever, it’s a family run business that make you feel as part of there family. We have been going to the restaurant and I can honestly say service is first class, they have really step up there game staff are very friendly and you are warmly greeted. Now for the food for me and my family and friends is first class more than happy to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat. Food is excellent first class my kids and my grandkids love coming to the restaurant as well as the take away, my kids and grandkids say we want good food that mean take me to Taj. This restaurant was a longtime over due and we are happy they made it happen. We give Taj Majestic Dining 5 stars
Ordered a Angus burger, bread and the meat both old and stale. Chips cheap quality re fried. Mrs ordered a curry that was ok, but salad and sauces stale. Salad and sauces clearly recycled from the last customers. After I paid I asked the manager you not going to ask me how my food was he just didn’t care and looked at me while he was scratching his lower mid section - disgusting. Can’t see a negative reviews all seem to be generic and positive which only suggests one thing - all reviews potentially fake.
Ordered a takeaway 3 times from taj now and it's such a shame,I lv keema curry and they do it well. Bug it's certainly not value for money, 9.00pound for a small carton which is always only half full,I gave the benefit of doubt,,but won't be going any more, Such a shame,,plz if your going to keep putting your prices up,,then give value for money,,complete rip off and no where near anough for the chapattis that come with it ,,or is that what you're customer, s are paying for ???
