The free spring rolls and crackers are a nice touch and the special curry I’ve had previously was nice enough. Ordered a special satay this evening and there was a ridiculous amount of fresh chopped cucumber in it so imagine how watery and tasteless the special satay was.Food: 1/5
I had to say bbq spare ribs ....ok dry ribs ...no bbq when does bbq sound like dry so i had to go over that 3 times and they still got it wrong and the food was next to tasteless i had to bang my own sauces waste of money
Used to love ordering from here. Tonight was a mess! The woman on the phone was so lovely however the Wrong food was sent. Called and asked for a replacement with the correct item, they advised it would be 20 minutes. Asked for my food to be redone as it would all be cold. They said they'd do that if I gave back the first lot of food concerning about reselling food but sure. Half hour later the driver comes back, we swap orders and he then begins to accuse me of eating it really rudely.. why would I eat it when I'm sat waiting for the food I wanted and asked for and i gave it back??? E was so rude, rolled his eyes at me and stormed off. When finally able to eat, it wasn't even as good as the past orders. Will never order from here again, far too much hassle for a disappointing meal.
Terrible on all counts. Waited 2.5hrs for food which was cold on arrival. Chicken was dry and flavourless. Chips were wet-through. Prawn crackers were stale. Rice was burnt. Yes. Burnt Rice! A ridiculous place. Would suggest nobody orders from here.
would be better if they fried or roast the chicken instead of boiling it as it's bland and would be more tender as it's sometimes a bit rubbery no pun intended I wouldn't recommend it the food is dry and undercooked sometimes,nice chips though but think I'll go to chippy next time
Really hate doing this but please on all accounts avoid this take away like the plague!! Nice people but oh my, what a disappointment with the food. Spent £25 to get tasteless, greasy, funny coloured food. The rice was black and burnt. Won't be going back! Star rating 3. Wish I'd have seen that before I ordered
Called for a takeaway, asked if there were white onions in a dish as I am allergic. No, the owner said, only spring onions. When I got the dish home it's got more than half of an entire spring onion in it. I called back to ask if they would swap the dish for something else only for the owners to start screaming and telling me that white onions and spring onions are the same and that they wouldn't swap the dish. Absolutely abysmal, never ordering from there again!!!!!!
Over 2 hours wait after being told between 45 and 60 minutes. Called multiple times and they had no clue where the delivery driver was. Had to request a refund from JustEat. First and last time we order from here, worst take away experience ever. Good luck running a business with no customers
I have orderd plenty of times food nice hot sometimes a little salty but still niceFood: 5/5
Where to start? Sweet and sour sauce like a cloyingly sweet vat of jam. Chopped and shaped processed chicken pieces,. Huge, soggy batter on pork balls. Inedible.
