There is no way of rating any lower else I would Dealt with Peter from TPS (company owner). He turned up late and in my opinion very casually dressed. He spent the whole viewing stood at the front door tapping at his mobile and making no attempt to show us round. Now I know London agents may not need to work as hard as their counterparts elsewhere in the country but you would expect a bit of generated excitement, he did manage to force out that this was the thirteenth viewing We really liked the property and following the viewings wanted to make an offer and in accordance with Peters wishes we put that in writing along with broker details etc We waited...... And waited...... And waited and unlike any other agent I've ever come across heard nothing back. After a week I rang back to confirm we were still on the same planet and to find out RE my offer. Peter told me he'd push the vendor and get back to me Guess what We waited and waited and waited, days passed I called back. Peter again assuring me he'd get back to me that evening or latest following morning You'll never guess what He didn't so I called him (having now lost all respect for the man but still wanting the property) he told me that he'd spoken to the vendor (which honestly I didn't believe) and that they wanted a particular figure, i made a second offer just under then received a TEXT MESSAGE back saying it would have to be the requested figure, I agreed to this and so made the offer Go on guess what 10 days later still no response don't think Peter or his company want to sell properties. We've given up now and refuse to make contact again so hoping Peter deals with reviews more seriously than his perspective clients "Peter offer withdrawn" I only wonder if the poor vendor knows we even made an offer. Both my partner and I have spoken in length as to what it could be we're totally baffled. What we do agree on is something is fishy about this company, all a bit trotters independent traders for us. I hate saying this but please avoid Peter and Tailors Property Services Hertford Road (if the shop even exists) go to a more reputable, serious and professional outfit with a traceable background or even a WEBSITE Either take heed of the review or be prepared for the lack of communication and the dissapointment that awaits

Wasted a morning going to a house viewing (to buy). As the owner was late I rang the number provided by Tailors to get hold of them. No answer to my call. The owner eventually came out, after banging on the window of the next door neighbour as the fence had fallen down, she didn't have access to two of the rooms (not that it mattered, the place was in a complete state). After making our excuses and leaving, I received a call from someone who thought I was the estate agent. Turns out Tailors had given her number to me as point of contact to the seller - she was returning the call I'd tried making to "the owner"! An incompetent and quite serious data breach - had this been further down the line this could've jeopardized a house sale for someone else. Avoid.

The staff at Tailors Property Services went the extra mile to find me a property that suited my needs and if I were to ever move home again, I'd definitely be doing it through these guys. They're even happy to offer free market appraisals and general property advice . I'd definitely recommend!!
