Finding a property is very challenging these days, but If knew about Homelink Lettings, I wouldn’t have wasted my time. First time I contacted Homelink Lettings they offered me a property in Newport which was excellent. The reality is even better than the pictures, Amalia was such a pleasant person to deal with, efficient, helpful and fast in response. All procedure went to quick and trouble free, she always supports by email, SMS, and follow up and reminders, never have to worry about anything. For me it is very important that an agent is friendly to deal with, and that is exactly what I enjoyed with Amalia, I was very lucky. Thanks to her, Victoria and all the team at Homelink Lettings
The staff at Homelink have been really supportive and responsive. They have dealt really well with very challenging tenants too. My rent has always been paid on time, any work needed on the house has been completed quickly, and you really feel that they put you first. They have been by far the best letting company I have used from about 6 others over 20 years.
Amalia and her team have made our life easier as landlords. We wanted to let our home in Chepstow and within two days they found the perfect tenant for us. Their professionalism, values and care are unique, and we really appreciate that they look after both, tenants and landlords. Amalia's eye for detail is impressive, and she is a such a responsive and effective manager that we really have peace of mind knowing that Homelink Lettings are managing our property. We highly recommend their service, it's so tailored to our needs that none of the high street agents could have ever compete with that level of attention, care, service, and price. Without doubt the Homelink are the best letting agents I have ever worked with. They do everything expected of a professional letting agency and always to an exceptionally high standard. The quality of tenants put forward is always very good. All paperwork and rental payments to us are always up right up to date. I'm always kept up to date with any issues with the property and solutions are always offered. But what sets Homelink apart from all of the other agents I have worked with over the last twenty years, is that Amalia actually cares about about her tenants. This has the very positive effect of her making sure that everything is right in the property for their comfort and peace of mind. And she's certainly not afraid to tell me a few home truths when they're needed, although always in the very nicest way possible. This has happily resulted in a steady but consistent improvement of the standard of the properties in my portfolio and far better tenant retention rates than have ever been achieved previously. Amalia and her team managed two HMOs for us in Newport for 2/3 years, in that time she has gone over and above in every aspect. Whe property has been well kept and tenants looked after, nothing was too much trouble. When eventually deciding to sell the propertys she was very helpfull and we could have done it without her. We cannot recomend them enough, you get a very proffesional yet personal service, we will be recomending your services to any investors that operate in the Newport areas. Thank You
Amalia and Homelink lettings managed the property we rented in Newport. They were always very courteous and gave a good amount of notice for home inspections. When it came to conducting viewings they were understanding and accommodated us to organise times that would suit all parties.
