Called to ask for a quote and gave a detailed description of the work we needed done. They did say it was a job they could do & someone would come out the next day within a 4 hour time frame. The guy arrived, took measurements & photos and returned with a brochure. Selection from brochure made we sent an email back. Still waitinģ on a quote.....we even did a follow up call and have had no response. They must prefer large jobs but why not say so. A waste of their company time and the customers time. We would not recommend them! ☹

Our roof started leaking in the night so we called up Tailored Trade Solutions. We were quite worried so I'm really glad that the guy came to fix it within an hour. He was very friendly and professional, he also got the job done in good time too. I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone with similar issues.
