Our experience with Tailor Made Travel is one of excellence...I can thoroughly recommend this travel firm as they planned a 4 week holiday for my husband and myself to Australia. Because of my mobility issues stops were advised. Taking in stop overs in Bangkok going out and Singapore coming back. And you may think nothing special there, but the places we wanted to visit and why were exceptional. Bridge on the River Kwai, where my husbands uncle is buried. From Sydney to Port Douglas on to Perth and Albany for my husband to visit his fathers grave. Mrs Anita Brewster Senior Consultant planned everthing from beginning to end. Even arranging a wheelchair for my needs. Fantastic one off holiday with many wonderful experiences and very special moments. Can't speak too highly of Tailor Made Travel. Penarth CF64 2AD. Try them for yourself.

Paid in full for a Christmas break and this firm cashed the money and only sent £70 to the travel company Leisuretime and now they are gone into administration so we are out of pocket to the tune of £868 I am absolutely disgusted

Didn't find the service from the travel agents was poor didn't seem to much about the destination that I wanted to go won't use them again

They took a lot of trouble to find just the flights I wanted. I highly recommend Tailor Made Travel Penarth
