Absolutely outstanding service!!! I always book with TUI Penarth, the experience they have in the store is phenomenal, I will always use the guys in the store to book all my holidays and cruises. They take so much time and effort and nothing is ever to much trouble, such a great team.

My experience with the Tui shop in penarth was nothing more than exceptional. From the second I walked through the door, I was instantly pleasantly welcome by the friendly faced travel agents who were all ready to sit down with me and my friends to book a holiday. Can not recommend the staff at this branch enough. They literally can not do any more for you. So impressed. We have got family and friends to use here and they all say the same. Claire Moye is our favourite she goes above and beyond any expectations you can expect. All the staff follow her lead in my opinion and they do it so well.
