We spent one night at Taddle Farm. Jenny was a perfect host, making us feel at home within minutes of our arrival. The annexe was really comfy and breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay here - we particularly liked the self contained aspect. Quiet and relaxing, great views of the countryside, donkeys, sheep and pheasants! And just a short distance to the coast, local sights, pubs etc. Jenny was a great host and the food - from the delicious 'set you up for the day' breakfast to the homemade cake to go with our afternoon tea - was first class. We will definately back in the spring to make the most of the local walks. Thank you.

What a lovely B&B, we spent a weekend at Taddle Farm at the end of September. It was so good to have such a quiet place to stay, not only a lovely bedroom and shower room, but a separate dinning area with no other guests. The Chocolate Brownies upon arrival were delicious and breakfast fresh fruit salad and yogurt were much better than the normal B&B. Whilst here we walk over the 'Broadchurch' cliffs at West Bay down to the flat part of Chesil Beach - a pleasant walk. However there is so much more walking to do - so we will definitely be planning to return to this lovely B&B.

Taddle Farm is a little piece of Heaven. We arrived to a lovely welcome from Jenny (including homemade cake and homemade coconut macaroon biscuits...) The annexe is just for you - no other guests - and there is a lovely little dining room downstairs with a fridge and a freezer and up the stairs a lovely, well-decorated, clean and comfortable bedroom with a good-sized, well fitted-out shower room en suite. Jenny cooks your breakfast at a time of your choosing - which of course you can eat in your dressing-gown (as I did) because my husband was the only other person there! The breakfasts are generous and lovely: fruit salad, juice and yoghurt with berries before you even get started on the cooked stuff. The garden is beautiful and you're only a couple of hundred yards from Hell Lane and the mouth of the most famous of Dorset's breath-taking holloways, which leads you (bring your wellies) to the neighbouring village (hamlet) of Symondesbury and the lovely Manor Yard with its café and small shop. You're also a walk from the seafront at Seatown and a bus ride away from Lyme Regis or Dorchester if you want to leave the car at the farm. Jenny was very helpful about where to eat in the evenings and what to do by day. A memorable stay - and good value too.

All things considered, this is the nicest UK bed and breakfast I have stayed in. The accommodation is perfect for a short break with a minimal but homely feel and is extremely clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for days out to the beautiful Dorset coast with may amazing natural geological wonders within a short drive. Every morning Jenny produces the most appetizing , delicious breakfast to set you up for a day out. I can't wait to go back as soon as possible. K. Job
