Put several orders through their online shop. Spoken to customer service on the phone regarding stock queries etc. They come across professional and very helpful. Timely delivery and well packaged. Would recommend.

We went to Telford from Southeast London. After exhausting 4 hours drive we went to a warehouse thinking that the shop is not open to buy stuff but thru the side door there is a shop with a lot of 5.11 gears and clothing. Staff we're very friendly specially Melanie and a chap with Tatoo who was very friendly and accomodating. Will defo comeback again next pay wage to buy more stuff. Thanks guys!!!
