Visited the in store Costa and had a look around the Next store. The Next store is well stocked with a good range of home products. The only downside to the visit was the fact the Costa was unable to process card transactions.... fortunately I had cash!

Took our thin 6ft 6in son there to buy some jeans - a really good choice of quality jeans. The customer assistant was very supportive and the choice of sizes and fittings for our son was very good. We bought a pair after 15 minutes and will certainly use this store again.

Ordered a settee eight weeks ago,was supposed to be delivered on the 18th October,had a phone call from delivery firm dhl saying the legs had not been sent with the settee and asking me whether or not I wanted to take delivery of it.As the contract stipulated that the settee would be delivered,unpacked and feet fitted by the delivery people,I said I didn't want it without the legs.i have paid for this settee eight weeks ago! Having heard nothing from next I rung this morning to find out a new delivery date only to be told that the item is listed as out of stock because they can't find the legs and have no more in stock,what a disgraceful way to treat customers,I have no idea when my settee will be delivered,so I think I will probably be telling next to stick their sofa where the sun don't shine and refunding my money.
