My first Taco Bell experience, the food was amazing. Lots to choose from and great selection of soft drinks. Once the food was ordered it took a very long time to be served. I assume this is probably because its new and very busy. Hopefully our next visit will be quicker.Food: 4/5
Very disappointed. There’s no filling in anything No beef my order was awful bland no taste what so ever. my burrito had about two tablespoons of filling meat. It was just a salad burrito the only thing that has taste was the strong sauce The only decent thing was free drink refills if you ate in. I can’t believe people are using this place and paying good money for slop Very disappointed. I gave them the benefit of the doubt by going twice. Still the same tiny portions both times. What you get is nothing like the pictures on the menus Don’t waste your time or money would rather go next door for a subway. Witch is what I will be doing in future. Sorry guys. I thought America did large portions If an American came to England and went to you guys expecting American portions. They would laugh at what you give. Come on guys stop being so tight and make your food to look like the pics.
This place seems to have had a lot negative comments, yes the first time we went it was a bit slow, but the food was good and hot and we gotnwhat we ordered. The second time it was quieter so we got served quickly, and the food was just as good. Its a new place and it will be busy as people want to try it out, and they will have teething trouble, but so do most new places, give it a chance, it's nice to have something quick and tasty in the area.
I wouldn't even put a star. The restaurant was really dirty. Food on floor tables and chairs. The bins where full. Our food was cold stale and too salty. Made 3 out of 4 of us ill. This is my first worse review I've ever left. Don't recommend going here one bit. Here the bin...
Been here many times. Been tolerant with other issues because it’s my local Taco Bell and they’re new. However, today was ordering online earliest is the following day. So I went in, ordered via screen it was error, tried again and the rest of the screens were errors. Had to go on a queue to order through the til, after half hr standing there no one attended the til. All young staff in the kitchen like half of them were confused. No manager around. I just left. Wasted my time, very disappointed.
What a delight it was to spot this Taco Bell as we were driving into Asda to seek out a jacket spud for dinner. This was lovely tasty food, very clean environment and nicer ambience than MC Donald's. It cost less than £12 for two of us. We will definitely be back!
Don't often post reviews but this was by far the worse takeaway we have had. It was delivered almost 3 hours late. The food was literally stone cold. The chips we had to throw away because they were dry,cold and over seasoned. The tacos were cold full of lettuce with a sliver of cold chicken. The burrito was edible but stone cold. To top off we couldn't complain due to the phone number being incorrect. Hopefully just eat will refund us. I would actually rate this no stars. Absolutely horrendous
I was so excited to try Taco Bell, and what a massive disappointment. The delivery took 2 hours to come, our food was was stone cold, missing half of our order and it was clearly sat around for a while on the hot plate because it was dry as anything. I tried to call the restaurant but the number on Google is not active, so I called the next branch which was Swansea and they didn’t even have their number or any contact details. So, if you want to complain to them, you can’t. I would not recommend ordering or eating here.
My boyfriend and I went to Taco Bell this afternoon with an open mind and low expectations after reading some of the reviews, and whilst the food turned out to be surprisingly great, we were both shocked at just how messy the place was! We noted that the staff all seemed very young, and both having worked in hospitality we know first-hand how demanding the service industry can be, however, when every single seating area had trays and food waste left on them, the floor was covered in debris, and tables were covered with sticky messes, it just leaves a bad first impression... if it wasn't for the mess we would definitely have left a 5 star review, but the cleanliness just really let the experience down and I know we weren't the only customers to feel this way... It shouldn't take a customer asking for a spray bottle to prompt staff members to clean their tables down 5 minutes later! Overall, we were disappointed with the cleanliness as it really ruined what otherwise would have been an enjoyable fast food experience, as the food really was delicious!
Overall it was okay. Just some things let it down more than others. Firstly, the churros were cold, stale and chewy when they should have been softer. The mince in all of our room with so overly salty to the point you needed a drink after every bite. As well as that the chips were old, which are still edible when you get them from McDonald’s but taco bells were stale and cold. Not nice at all! I ordered a soft shell taco but got a crunchy so wasn’t the happiest about that. It was okay , will be going back to try other items , just little things ruined it !
