Food was surprisingly tasty. Service was a tad slow we were 1 of 2 customers in there! but they did apologise. My daughter really enjoyed it. Lovely flavours and not a bit 'hot'. The nacho cheese sauce was delicious!
Good quantity but not so good quality. Burritos were really good but nachos were too salty. Churros was okay. Chicken wrap has very less quantity of chicken.
Came into Taco bell yesterday and the staff were really friendly, a staff member called Andy was super lovely and very helpful. Felt they went out their way to help. The service was great. The food was hot.
Not sure if this is a result of just opening or not, but my visit was terrible. Used two or the three self service machines that let you get right to the very end then said not working start again. Then when I went to the counter we stood there for at least 10 minutes before anyone came to serve in fact we had to ask for service. The staff were trying but it was a nightmare. When we got home with the food, some items were missing and everything was just chucked into a bag. No separation, no care just chucked in. I’ll not be visiting again.
I called after ordering a justeat delivery asking for some sauce packets, because I haven't received the when askivia deliveroo. Taco Bell delivered!! I will not have to ask again for sauces packets left out by deliveroo for a LONG time!nnPersonal service beats online service everytime.
