Normally it's okay, but today when I went to buy something for me and my wife I got really disappointed. The young guy brought my food on the tray, even though I chose the take out option. When I kindly mentioned about it he got rude and just threw everything into the bag leaving most of the chips on the tray. I know exactly that mistakes could happen, but this young guy was just rude and seemed like he was doing me a favour. Horrible.
Called in here after going bowling with my daughters and a friend. It's a very small restaurant and it was very busy. We waited a long time for food. The chips had no salt at all on them and were soggy. The ladies toilets are tiny. Only one sink and you can't get to it if someone opens a door.
I went to McDonald’s one day with my grandparent and my sister, we ordered from the machine and received NO RECEIPT, we got table service luckily and it took 30 minutes to receive my order. My fries were cold which meant we had to go back and get hot fries. My chicken nuggets we only received 5 so we also had to go back and their drinks were “out of stock”. Not going inside ever again - the drive through is better.
Scrumptious, yummy yummy foodie
Cold chips with no seasoning. Took too long to bring out at drive thru. When food eventually arrived, there was missing food. No apology from the staff. The person that brought out the food even told me to check the food against the receipt in case anything was missing - perhaps the staff should do this before they bring it out?
