As always the food at KFC is amazing, it's probably the only fast food restaurant that actually keeps you feeling full.nNot been for a while as we don't really have one local and our closest is around 45 mins away.nThis particular one though was dirty, the tables wasn't cleaned there was food on the floor. And it wasn't like it was a particularly busy time we went in for either.nnFood great, but felt we were eating in a bin.
I have never had the correct order from KFC kingswood. The order is consistently wrong. The staff are horrific and it continues to be the worst KFC in Hull. I have tried to avoid this establishment on numerous occasions but circumstances lead to it being the onlynOption. A disgraceful place and it should shut down or staff sacked. Shockingly consistent in providing the incorrect order to customers
Dreadful service, had to request a table to be cleaned, not one in sight. Litter all over the floor, food cold, bun hard. Reheated then 'massed' in hot sauce which I am allergic to. Staff didn't give a damn. Dreadful experience
Loydd was great at the drive through tonight really helpful and order was perfect no faults at all nice to see a helpful young man would definitely recommend
Came here for a quite bite to eat before going to the cinema. Stood for what felt like ages with 2 members of staff working away. Not once did the staff acknowledge our presence at the order counter. They just carried on working even tho they looked at us a number of times and carried on working.nnWhen I was finally noticed I asked to speak to the manager the young lady who I was going to complain about said she was the manager. I expressed my disappointment which fell on death ears.nnWe sat down and outside was like a tropical storm rain wise. We were quickly surrounded by water from the ceiling leaking. My son told the manager who did now cone off the area and just said if you want to move that is fine.nnI can honestly say I WILL NEVER pass the door of this KFC again.
