when we lost a member of our family, finding the right funeral directors was important to us. Walking through the for of T W Boorman and meeting with Samantha put our minds at ease. she was kind, understanding and explained everything clearly. we was offered a variety of choices and nothing was too much trouble. being able to visit our family member in their chapel of rest at their premises was a calming and peaceful experience. On the day we felt completely at ease and the funeral director Richard was professional as were the rest of the staff and they were all smartly dressed and presented. I would recommend T W Boorman to any family who need a professional, caring and understanding undertakers.
