We could not of asked for anything more from HP. Millie was so professional , caring and guided us through all the way. Sadly we lost both our parents within a year and we knew that returning to HP for our mum she’d be in the best possible care. Knowing your loved ones are being looked after is so comforting. The respect and professionalism from all the HP staff is just remarkable. My mum and dad truly had the best send off they could of. I absolutely recommend Henry Paul . Thank you
Millie made a difficult situation easy, she took care of everything, nothing was too much trouble for her and she was professional at all times. She suggested things that we would have never thought of. On the day of the funeral the staff were immaculately dressed, they were calm and respectful. The cars were spotless. I would recommend Henry Paul in a heartbeat.
At a time when you have to do something no-one in their right mind wants to, Henry Paul were amazing. I saw Millie who was calm, polite and understanding. She helped plan, structure and run a funeral in a way that made the whole process as painless as possible. Nothing was too much trouble. The team were quick to respond and on the day were amazingly helpful Connor in particular. I can't recommend them highly enough. If they read this, many many thanks.
Henry Paul Funerals were excellent! Millie guided us through everything and was very patient and took the stress out of what is a very difficult time. The gentlemen were also courteous and efficient - highly recommend!
All the staff at Henry Paul have been brilliant with us. That's from when my mum passed away on 16th March 2023 and they collected my mum in the early hours of Thursday morning and letting us following them back to pembury. And to millie and Liz with all their help with organizing of the funeral. The family can not thank Henry Paul enough Mark Sales
