From the moment my sister spoke to Anisa at Doves she knew that she was the person to assist us with the arrangements for our brother. I am pleased to say that I had exactly the same feeling when I first attended their premises in Staplehurst to ask some practical questions without the rest of the family present. Every single interaction was handled with the utmost care, consideration, and professionalism. We needed to feel like we had some control in the situation and were dealing with someone who understood some of the requests we made and did everything possible to accommodate our requests, including a live butterfly release which was a really special moment for all the guests. Anisa and Ted were a rock for us during a difficult time and words cannot do our gratitude justice to them. They helped us to provide a very personal send off for our brother that most of the attendees said was a beautiful celebration of our brothers' life, a day that would not have been possible without the professionalism, dedication and loving care provided by Anisa, ted and all staff from Doves. I would not hesitate in recommending their services and the people who we came into contact with from Doves are a credit to their profession. A genuine heartfelt thank you from me and all my family X
