It's always the small independent gyms that make you feel the most comfortable and this is definitely one of them! A hidden gem you could say.  The staff are welcoming, informative, on hand if you need anything but also leave you to your space. A huge selection of equipment and large spaces with boxing bags and other equipment.

Holidaying on the Island so joined for the  week, had the privilege of attending the 6.20am BOOTCAMP! .Absolutely fantastic class run by Steve, I was made to feel most welcome and he put me through my paces whilst giving clear instructions on technique and form. You can feel the great community thats been created here and to be a part of it for a few days was brilliant fun. The facility’s are great, large upstairs space for circuit work, punch bags, trx ect. The equipment downstairs is extensive.  Thanks for a great week. Will definitely be back when next on the island, best regards Kev

Great Friendly community gym! Offers wide range of classes, including Bootcamp 6:20am-7am class, which doesn't seem to be available in many places on the island. Members all friendly and welcoming.

Thank you to Dom and his friends who made me feel so welcome at this lovely gym. Always someone there to spot me when needed and everybody is so nice and friendly. Machines are good and shower facilities also good. Nice water too.  Love the Isle of White because of places like this and one day I will live here permanently for a while.  For now though I return to Birmingham.  Cheers guys look forwards to seeing you again whenever that is.

Great family run gym. Friendly atmosphere. Knowledgeable staff who are always happy to give advice or spot you if you're training alone. Classes from body pump to spin that cater for all abilities. Wouldn't train anywhere else.

Decided to get some exercise on a short four day break to the Isle of Wight. Very friendly atmosphere and staff couldn't have done more to make me feel welcome!  I made good use of the equipment before doing a spin class which was great fun yet very challenging, with excellent input and interaction from Annabelle hope I've got the spelling right! Fellow spinners were also a great bunch and made me feel very welcome.  The gym has a wide range of equipment and upstairs is a dedicated spin room and a large studio area which was being used by the kickboxing class.  This is a family run gym and is reasonably priced  with a good range of short and longer term membership options.  I'm going back for some more classes and these include some of the famous Les Mills workouts too.  I would recommend getting in touch with them if you are visiting this beautiful island and feel the need to burn off those delicious fish and chip calories!

This is defiantly the best gym I have been to and I have been to a few being a fair weather gym goer! I needed to lose weight as I was getting married and needed to get into my dress. The staff were great and really supportive. They sat down with me and helped work out a plan not only on fitness but nutritional as well. Every step of the way they supported me and encouraged me. I was made to feel so welcome and at no point felt self conscious. I have enjoyed it so much I have become a full time member and enjoy all my classes especially Body Pump and Body Combat.
