I went to this garage to rectify an engine warning light, after they replaced DPF (not needed) 3 sensors (not needed) Exhaust air supply (not needed) pressure sensor (not needed) and paid £1481, 27 miles later the warning light came back on took it back and the changed the diesel vaporiser unit (that was the original fault) and wanted another £550. I wrote to both directors as I wanted to sort my problems without using the courts, one did not reply event though I sent to the company's registered address in Canterbury the other sent me a generic letter that addressed none of the concerns I raised. All the parts they replaced are now back on the car as there was nothing wrong with them. KAP sorted my car for a quarter of this garage fees. I am now going through the small claims court to retrieve the money that I believe they obtained from me for work and parts that was not required.. they advertise on their website  today and the last 4 months this has been going on that they are a member of The Motor Ombudsman I called the ombudsman to make a complaint and was told they are not members and that they (ombudsman) would look into why the have their logo on TH Motors site.

 After I paid TH Motors £1441 and drove my car from TH Motors I did as you know 27 miles before the fault put my car into limp mode again. I returned and gave TH Motors the car, 20 minutes or so later the director of the company told me it was sorted his words "as the parts are new, the car is finding its parameters" a less than technical explanation that marked TH Motors Card for me. Anyway I drove the car away but lost all confidence in TH Motors and sure enough as you know 196 miles later the car went back to limp mode. TH Motors had replaced several components that were not required. This time someone at TH Motors had called Ford (as I was told) to assist in finding why my car was having the problem. Ford told TH Motors (as this was what the director had told me) what the issue was and so they changed this component (and wanted another £550) and the car was good. Unfortunately the workmanship TH Motors had done was eventually diagnosed and rectified by KAP and the components TH Motors replaced were cleaned and refitted to my car. I now have several parts for TH Motors to refund me and I am confident with the report I have from a ford accredited garage will show the courts as will the letters I have wrote to TH Motors, transcript of phone conversations, screen shots of Yell reviews that you yourself (the service manager) and The director of TH Motors wrote, as well as the refund TH Motors have so far paid when confronted with clear evidence that you replaced parts that were not required mounts up to pretty damming evidence!
TH Motors had £1714.92 from me for a repair that ten weeks later the DPF (diesel particulate filter) TH Motors fitted failed WHY WHY WHY would I come back to TH Motors to try and fix it again!!! Courts will decide!

Always a good experience, you don't feel like you are being taken to the cleaners like you do with some garages, but perhaps some stronger coffee would be cool.
