Absolutely disgraced with this service. I got the car over a week ago with the bumper coming off. I was told to get my friend 'car mechanic, to push it back on for now!! On the motorway with the wind under it, it did the same thing causing it to crack and nearly come off!! 
They are now saying I've had it over a week and it was hit!! This is nonsense and it was off clips when bought but, told safe!! Now a major crack, I'm a nurse who needs car and they've caused me distress!!
When I asked the ladies for the ombudsmens number the woman there said 'nah we don't' have one!! 

Totally had their story together when i called. Never reply to you and put phone down when you ask your rights! 
Stay the HELL away.....

When I told them I've only just been made aware of reviews by a friend they said people with mental health problems wrote them..... by the way only gave it one star as otherwise wouldn't let me post!! Not good at all, sales talk  tells you what they want you to hear. BUT when it comes down to backing what they say.  AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

purchased a car,scrapped a car. Was told I would get the money for the scrapped car, I am still waiting for the money

Can't say had a particularly positive or negative experience although the old "they've spent x amount on the car already so all the work's done for you" spiel is a bit old imo.
