I had a low-pressure warning light come on the dashboard, for my tires, so I pulled into Kwik Fit Dover for a free diagnostic check all staff were very professional, pleasant and polite, they carried out a free tire check on my vehicle and found there were two punches in the nearside front tire, Cameron, the The centre manager, informed me that having two punches in the same quadrant of the tire, couldn’t be repaired and I would need a new tire fitted, Cameron politely informed me of different manufacturers, of tires and the prices, and rating, Cameron recommended keeping to same brand, as the other three, I handed over the keys and told the technician, the locking wheel nut. Key was in the glove box. After 20 minutes, everything was completed the wheel had been balanced, new valve fitted, pressure, switch and dashboard light reset, everything was very professionally carried out, excellent service . I highly recommend Kwik Fit , Dover, many thanks to the staff that assisted me. I will be going back sometime in the future for a full service. Everything is at a competitive and very reasonable price, with excellent professional service. Many thanks.
Really great service from the staff at Kwik Fit today. I called this morning after I had a check pressure light come on in my car, they were able to get my car in the same day to make sure my tyres where safe and to reset the warning light off. Thanks for always providing great service and being so kind!
Went to Dover today after having a noisey exhaust . Very helpful team , investigated issue , gave me a reasonable price then ordered the part. Unfortunately it took a long time to come. Not their fault but then knocked off further £20 as a good will gesture. Good service , good customer service.
My car failed its MOT yesterday but the Kwik-Fit team arranged to fix the fault and re-MOT it all in the same day, as they recognised that I couldn't be without my car for any length of time. This was pushed through by Neil on the desk, who was really friendly, courteous and efficient. Thanks to him and the team - I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Excellent service from Kwik Dover as always ,have helped me out many times at short notice and can’t be faulted . This is the second emergency this year with my car and always seen within minutes . Today was again an emergency as on way to hospital to see father in law . From the start of ringing up was told would be seen and again drove in seen straight away and reassurance from Cam was brilliant sorted everything many thanks and all the best and highly recommended
We have used Kwik Fit Dover on a number of occasions, both planned and in an emergency the customer service has been exceptional. All staff go over and above to meet our repair needs. They offer great advice and turn repairs and servicing around in a very timely fashion. Can not recommend them enough. THANK YOU TO ALL.
I could not have wished for better service from KWIK FIT. My MG ZS came new a month ago, but apparently locking wheel nuts are no longer fitted. I bought a set, but not having a torque wrench, didn't want to take any chances by fitting them myself. A quick phone call was all it took, and I was there pronto. After checking compatibility, the lock nuts were fitted in double quick time. Having been quoted up to £60.00 for fitting by competitors, I was totally taken by surprise, to be told "No charge, all part of the service". Very professional and courteous bunch of guys. Nothing better than a Kwik Fit Fitter! Thank you. John Green..
Amazing experience with the Dover branch. All the team were super helpful and helped me massively when I was in a pickle! Tyre change was a 5 star service!
I was going to take the car to the main dealer who wanted to charge me £120 just to assess damage to a mirror that wasn't folding in/out properly. I'm a very happy KwikFit Dover customer for service/MOT but didn't know what body repairs if any they deal with. After speaking to Cam he said KwikFit would check it out today. I wasn't charged, and reassured it wasn't a serious issue. Thanks again to you all, absolute lifesavers.
Very professional and friendly. Definitely recommend. Have visited again today. Very impressed. They booked me in straight away and were able to resolve my issue. Cannot recommend highly enough.
