Great personal training to suit all levels. I'd tried boot camps and independent gym work but always thought personal training was for serious athletes with specific goals but since coming to symmetrix I really can't imagine training any other way. Everything is tailored to my needs and abilities and the one to one attention makes sure I'm always pushing myself but in a safe way. My fitness levels are now great and I can't believe the progress I've made. It's also meant I am no longer wasting money with gym membership fees-this way I know that every pound I spend is actually working to get results. Plus I'm doing TV it in a friendly supportive environment. Highly recommended.

Loving every minute training in Symmetrix with Barry. One on one personal training with Barry is both fun and tough at the same time. Always mixing up the sessions to get the desired results. Would recommend to anyone who really wants to be happy with their body.

Barry is an excellent trainer! He works with you but will push you to go that extra bit further without going out of your comfort zone, which is great!! Barry is awesome with supporting you through your fitness journey! Could not recommended him enough!! Cheers man

Great personal training would really recommend it, class coach to get along with and keeps you on track and he's there to help along the way.

Since meeting Barry, it’s the first time I’ve ever enjoyed training in a gym. Time goes quickly and the sessions are really varied. He also focuses on nutrition as well as exercise so that I achieve my goals quicker. 

Initially I joined the gym to recover from a serious knee injury in order to return to football. Barry's knowledge of the rehabilitation process required to do this was also fantastic, and in no time at all i was ready to play again.

To anyone thinking of getting a personal trainer, his friendly yet professional service comes highly recommended.
