Great place to relax. Not all saunas were open and it could be a bit more clean, but will come back for sure. Staff is outstanding, very friendly! The food is good en de service is next level, very fast; great working system. Check out the packages before going, lot's of great deals!
Located in the middle of nature and exquisite interior design, what they could highly improve is the temperature of the water, which could be warmer.
Truly beautiful sauna but don't go there to relax as it is so busy and loud nowadays. It was great when they had a maximum number of guests but since the Corona rules are gone, it is so bad that getting into a sauna requires waiting. Opgieting sessions are so full that you queue outside in the cold for 30 min. and you are told that 50 guests may enter. I thought I would never say that but I miss the Corona rules. The saunas are not as hot as mentioned, cutting down on energy?
Great place, a lot of different baths. Not very crowded, regardless of first Christmas day. Didn't use a lot of sauna's which was a personal choice. Environment looks fantastic, especially the cave bath and the spiritual bath. 2 things I'd like to address; would be nice to have more cold baths. Second; the closest place a bus stops is a 22 minute walk. Would be nice if there were flex busses available or anything in that regard.
Beautiful & relaxing atmosphere, each sauna, pool and room is beautifully decorated, with a lot of care for the detail. The selection of saunas is immense! The only big downside is that there are very limited resting rooms, all of which were filled with sleeping and partially snoring people. I give the spa 5 stars due to the immense wellness experience but hope that they will add more resting and water drinking stations throughout.
One restaurant only, it used to be two of them. So now it’s overcrowded, they’ve used literally all possible space in the restaurant area and it feels like people are sitting on top of each other. The cleaning mess though is a I’ll good, great service and the variety of saunas is brilliant. Great parking spaces directly in front of the door.
Overall it’s a good place to relax and spend some good time with your friends. They have enough number of saunas with different temperatures depending on your choice. The outdoor pool was smaller than I expected but it wasn’t a big deal since there were indoor pool and jacuzzis. However, we went there on Monday and it was packed. We had to wait in line to use some features. Biggest inconvenience for me was not being able to eat and drink in the restaurant with my t-shirt. First we went there with our robes but the place was extremely hot and there was no AC so I started sweating. Then I put my T-shirt and shorts on but the waiter told me to take everything out and put my robe on. It was like a joke to me since there was no air circulation in the restaurant w full of people. Anyway, the place is nice if you go there in the early morning when it’s not crowded and with full stomach.
We've been coming here on and off for a few years. And year on year things get that little bit worse. Food is pub quality - not bad but hardly great. And every time we go the pools and hot tub feel a little colder. The hot water salt bath was lukewarm today. We honestly didn't enjoy it this time, just uncomfortable and cold-not even passable. Probably won't go back. Cost cutting is ruining the experience.
We reserved the main course meal and only heard at the sauna that this was only served after 5 it was nowhere on the website while during our reservation we clearly indicated planning to leave at 4. Personal was also not very helpfull in any way. Furthermore food we did get was mediocre. Also some saunas where closed, there was very limited space for cooling down. Overal not a great experience.
I had a very bad experience at this spa. I booked the duo package with my friend as a gift for her birthday. We arrived there and at first the lady in the reception could not find my reservation. After she found it she informed me that we cannot have the massage that we had booked because the masuer got sick. I asked why she didn't inform us to change the appointment as this is the reason I booked this package and we were coming from far so it was a long drive for us. She called the manager to explain and the manager started almost screaming at us that it's not her fault that the maseur got sick and she also lied that she called me and the call didn't go through. Se even tried to tell me that I gave a wrong phone number and even when I proved to her that it was correct not only she didn't apologize but she talked super unprofessionally. I found this attitude really bad and I regretted already that I had paid for this. And btw in the spa itself no rituals were taking place, and some saunas did not work. Also there was no one around to ask for information or guidance through the place. All in a is one of the worst service and attitudes I ever experienced and I would really advice everyone to not go there. It's really not worth it and for sure it's not a place where you can relax but the opposite.
