I decided to switch from Gym to personal training as I felt I was not hitting the fitness levels I wanted -and I'm glad I did. Damien is totally dedicated to fitness and I have to say I am feeling the fittest I have ever felt. Not only does he advise me on various exercises and best way to get results but he has given me lots of nutritional information. With Damien's enthusiasm and dedication to my regime I feel totally dedicated now in my fitness goals and always look forward to the next session. Top class - give him a call, get your gym gear on and don't look back - I haven't!! A+

RITE Fitness is the best gym in the local area. Damien is very friendly and caters to meet individual needs and goals. I have felt welcome in this place from day 1 and I will not be going to any other gym again. Boot camps are great and varied. They always run on time and Damien always make each session enjoyable.Damien is always available for advice setting up realistic targets. Highly recommended !! The supplements are also of a very high standard and competitively priced.

Top class gym and personal trainer! I started as a complete beginner and am glad to say that Damien has provided excellent support in everything ranging from recommending new exercises to suit my changing goals to giving sound advice on diet and nutrition. And the variety in classes has helped keep the workouts both fresh and motivating. Highly recommended!

A fantastic gym that is full of good people! I have been going now for over a year and honestly believe its the best gym in Newry. After a quick chat with Damien about my specific goals he came back with so many different/exciting and ground breaking workouts to try at every session. Damien also gave me some amazing suggestions and advice on healthy eating. Change your life and sign up!

This is the fitness class Newry has been waiting for, Damien is a true professional, his ever expanding class numbers say it all. You won't meet a nicer guy or more welcoming team of trainers. Check out their website too, it is as equally professional as the Rite Fitness set up, got some lethal deals on it, even cheaper than Amazon! Highly recommend
