Poor customer service. Wrong order. Food poor chicken tikka massala was a korma with foid coloring. Very bland soggy poppadoms. When speaking to the company about wrong order they were rude. And said they would send anotherr but asked for the wrong one back lets hope they dont give it to some poor other customer. Never again will i order from this company. 😠

We have used Sydenham Balti for 7 years and once upon a time the food was ok and the delivery was on time. Nowadays the food whilst still "ok" they lie every time about delivery times. One delivery a month this year in 2017 has on average been an hour and 15 minutes late taking a ridiculous 2 hours and 15 minutes to deliver. That is when you order between 6 and 7pm. If you live in Harbury or anywhere +3 miles away....AVOID. Sydenham Balti are a complete load of RUBBISH.

worst nan sandwich ever. To much sauce which made the bread fall apart. I couldn't even pick the sandwich up as it ripped apart due to being drowned in mayo. Ate two bites. It was impossible to eat any more. Or get an even grip on my food. Tried to pick out the meat with a folk but it was absolutely saturated in sauce. Disgusting mess and waste of money. Wouldn't recommend to a starved dog

Waited over an hour for pizza when was told half hour to 45 mins pizza was cold and garlic bread burnt not happy won’t go again 😞
