I used to use flames all the time however after a string of bad experiences i cannot recommend them anymore to anyone. my latest order took over 2 hours to arrive (originally told 45 minutes, then an hour , then an hour and a half). I live on the first floor of a block of flats which the drivers usually refuse to walk up at which point i am greeted usually by some rude driver who barely understands a word you are trying to say to them. 

I would have cancelled the 2 hour order only i was told since i paid by card they could not refund me and would have to get their boss too approve when he is in the following week. 

Also food that arrived was incorrect.

Have ordered from flames for a while now! I always ask them to phone me when outside due to living in a flat! They didn’t ring me one time so I never heard the driver! Because of this the next time I went to order the guy was so rude and was mocking me on the phone! The amount of times they have got the orders wrong with us and we have never complained! This is no way that a customer should be treated! Will not be ordering from them again! Can now see why they only have a 2 star rating!

Avoid.  Got a few burgers and chips delivered and they smelt like farts, obviously we didnt think someone would fart on them so we ate them and you know what?... They tasted like smelly socks that someone had farted in........ and cheese
