Really disappointing and ordered one of their specials or deals as it seemed like great value for money but obviously too good to be true. The pizza we ordered was burnt along with the cheesy garlic bread was cold and the cheese had felt like it had been sitting for a while. We ordered chicken kebabs which the chicken was ok but cold and we asked for all salad which they missed. Won’t look to order from here again as it was just so bad. Threw the food away and wasted £35
Ordered a medium pizza but its not a medium it's a small, they tell you inches which means nothing to me because I don't know the measurements for pizza but medium is the smallest size they do but because its called a medium you would think its going to be a decent size pizza with 6 slices but in reality it is a small and even the slices are tiny

Beware! Got salmonella from a chicken burger here. I only took 1 bite before realising something was very wrong with it. Examined the chicken, it had clearly gone off, and was also undercooked. This happened on Sunday May 28th 2023. The staff were extremely unhygienic, eating and vaping over the grills. I haven't returned to complain as I don't live in the area. This shop needs to be closed down, and the owners prosecuted before they kill someone. Reported to appropriate authority.
I witnessed one of the employees eating some of my pizza and rearranging the pizza to look like a slice hasn’t been taken and ate it right in front of me while he applied garlic mayo sauce to my margarita and plus he gave me an already opened can of pepsi and then had the utter audacity to say please enjoy your meal sir
I used to use flames all the time however after a string of bad experiences i cannot recommend them anymore to anyone. my latest order took over 2 hours to arrive originally told 45 minutes, then an hour , then an hour and a half. I live on the first floor of a block of flats which the drivers usually refuse to walk up at which point i am greeted usually by some rude driver who barely understands a word you are trying to say to them. I would have cancelled the 2 hour order only i was told since i paid by card they could not refund me and would have to get their boss too approve when he is in the following week. Also food that arrived was incorrect.
I ordered a chicken wrap with salad and mayonnaise. I was sent 3 pieces of chicken in a wrap with salad and mayonnaise in separate containers so I could basically put it together myself! I have never received a wrap in that manner before. Ridiculous won’t order again and won’t recommend others to either!
UNTRUSTWORTHY I incorrectly ordered a number of pizzas from here on New Years Eve 2021 as it was not the pizzeria I thought it was. I contacted the pizzeria within minutes, who said they would sort out a refund. That DID NOT HAPPEN. So I contacted their "partners" Datman who said they would look into it. Datman said that the pizzeria would not give me a refund as it was TOO LONG AFTER THE EVENT!!!!. ON New Years Eve THEY SAID THEY WOULD SORT IT OUT. Datman however provided their email. I have emailed them asking for them to explain BUT HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM and I am £60 out of pocket!
Always great pizza. Never had any issues from them and I've been going there now and then since my mid-teens. Always a friendly service.
