Ordered a pizza and a drink, it took an hour and twenty minutes and they forgot the drink. Delivery driver didn't speak English and the pizza was cold. I phoned them up directly, they were rude and said they'd sort it and then hung up. I phoned them back and I wasn't offered a refund or anything in terms of compensation. They said the new pizza would be there within 20 minutes. It was delivered 35 minutes later. And then I found a hair in the new pizza and couldn't be bothered to go through the hassle anymore so threw it in the bin. Awful. Worst pizza place in Warwickshire, been here four times and every time it's been terrible. Never again.

Walked in on a Friday night, ordered a large works pizza, collected it around 10 min later. Standard Papa John's Pizza, no complaints.

Disgusting treatment of paying customers and terrible service! Ordered pizza and after waiting an hour called the shop and was told that the driver couldn’t get through the door so he came back (May I add that no one has rang me intercom nor tried to ring my mobile). They have said they’ll deliver the pizza again, THE SAME PIZZA! AN HOUR OLD COLD PIZZA! I refused to accept it and asked for my money back, which they said they won’t give me. Papa Johns Leamington Spa-thank you for stealing my money!

Have collected from here a few times and the pizzas have been great!!! Don't forget to ask for great deals on collection .

This has to be the worst service I have ever received. Not only was this a hour and half late but the order was wrong. Wrong pizza. Wrong drink. Also if berate unpaid and unreaourced employees I would answers PPI calls.
