Nice airport pick up and overall service!
Booked a taxi with more than 1 hour in advance. They call to cancel 10min before they have to arrive. Zero reliability
We use Swiss Cottage fairly regularly and have always been pleased with the drivers and the quality of the cars. However, tonight, the driver turned up late in a 20 year old jalopy to collect us from the airport. Not happy.
Never experiences worse cab service in my life. I can vouch for the bas experiences listed below. Terrible company!!! They are the same as I ride cabs so beware!
Never use. They don’t turn up. They don’t apologise. And worst of all they said they couldn’t even get hold of their own errant driver. When he did call... 30 mins late... he was unapologetic. Awful awful awful company. Use Uber
Best taxi service specially for airport transfer unlike Uber drivers who drives 20 mile an hour to get extra money also most of the Uber drivers I came across haven’t got a clue about west end and city, they Purely rely on sat nav!
