One word: appalling. My boyfriend and I had valid tickets and were denied boarding on several consecutive buses in Milan, while other sneaky customers crept on behind the driver's back. A wholly under-resourced and inadequate company that sets its customers up for failure and inconvenience. After waiting nearly 2 hours for a bus to the airport, we had no choice but to get a taxi and pay 10 times the cost of our bus tickets. On top of this, they now seem to be ignoring my formal complaint and request for compensation. What an utterly disgusting company. Avoid. One star is too good for them. If you can't provide the service your customers have paid for, don't bother offering the service in the first place.
This company is just a jocke. We booked and paid on line a bus from luton Airport to London City, we arrived on time as the company recommend. We couldn't get on to the bus because the driver was selling tickets on site and it was full at the time we were in the front of the door. The driver said the contract is first come first serve, that is not what the web says, no point booking online. They made us to wait for one hour on the line waiting for the next bus.
THE WORST COMPANY AND SERVICE OF THE HISTORY. We almost loose our flght. The driver did not want to let us get on the bus. He was complaining all the time. They say that they need 1h and 15min to reach the airport, but it tooks 2h and 30 min perfect calculation Terravision!. The driver was going very slow on porpose. He put the aconditioner air at maximun. We were literaly freezing, and I think was on porpose also. When we arrive we needed to run with 3 kids and so I asked for my luggage but he said that I had to wait. He doesn't care our concerns and he doesnt care about the people. That man doesnt deserve working in contact with customers.
I would love to give them less then 1 star. They don’t have own busses and the whole company is a scam. Without paying 115€ for a cab I would have missed my flight! Terrible
Terravision is a scam!! We bought 2 tickets with return to Stansted airport. A few days later I got an email informing that when arrive we will have a transfer from SM Chauffers that will take us to Terravision bus without pick up time. When we arrived we went in the pick up place but nothing. There was nobody there. We waited nearly 1 hour and nothing. Then we decided to took other bus to go back London. During our journey back we notice that plenty of people were in similar situation even families with children. This is ridiculous! Do not spend your money with this company they will get you in troubles.
This company is the absolute worst. Had to get the bus to the airport. Half an hour after start time, still no bus in sight. We would've missed our flight so had to get the Stansted Express instead. Employée advised us to get in touch with the customer service. There is no such thing! Sent them four emails in total over a course of 40 days, there is still no response. The office in Victoria only says they sell tickets, they can't and won't help otherwise as the head office seems to be in Rome. Avoid this company, make this ship sink so there's space for better ones.
Missed my flight on Stansted due to lack of space in the bus in spite of having made a reservation. Never again. You are a terrible company. Hope you sink down
Worst experience of my life! Missed my flight because of this horrible company. It costs me another 180 £ now! They say they need 55 - 60 minutes to Stansted Airport but they needed 2 and a half hour but not because of traffic jams. They didn't departure from Liverpool Street directly to the airport. They brought us from Liverpool Street to Kings Cross i didn't book that and then we had to change the bus into a citylink bus. The employees were awful. It took another 15 minutes til they started. Completely bullshit company! It doesn't get any worser!
One of the worst companies ever. One the way to the airport it took 3hours to arrive there, instead of 1h30min. We almost lost the flight and it was the third time happened with this company. One the way it was even worst. They use another provider, they do not conduct themselves the route. At 2:00 am they left us on King's Cross, eventhought we paid to arrive at Victoria. Terrible experience. Next time do not consider the price and travel with another company. Respect your journey and the money you gave to book a flight. So many complaints and bad reviews, they mean something!
I strongly advice not to ever buy ticket for terravision and use their service. You will end up wasting a lot of time as busses neither are departing nor arriving to the airport. Staff is incompetent and lack of knowledge and communication leading to misleading customers. Myself I end up wasting over 1,5 hours only waiting for the coach to Stratford only because I fell for the company promise for being the fastest link between airport and city and bought ticket in advance. Staff is rude and don't have minimum customer service standards. And the slogan "do as Italians do" seems like offence to the Italy as they do nothing good.
