We had a transfer to stansted with our 2 kids. Our driver was a woman called Suad that honestly made the experience a 10/10: she was so kind/ patient/ good driver/ gave us updates on length of trip/ helped us with bags, etc… more than I would expect from a taxi driver. And when you travel with young kids you value this type of service even more. Also price was good, same level as Uber with added bonus that Uber could increase last minute or it may be delayed and this you are prebooking. Thanks Suad and swift cars!
I had a poor experience using Swift Car on an airport transfer to Luton. The driver was driving with one hand and exceeding the speed limit. We requested the driver put two hands on the wheel. Instead of immediately doing so we ended up in an uncomfortable situation with wife and 2 kids in the car with a driver who wasn't taking the request or our safety seriously. When I complained in writing to Swift and requested a refund I received no response. If you don't like paying £74 for an airport transfer where your family's safety is compromised, I would recommend choosing another provider.
Told us it would be £75. Then went to £90. Not transparent about their fees. The driver himself was great and nice, but the company is no transparent.
Car arrived 15 minutes late. Given that the pickup was at 0445h no excuse in my opinion. Driver not very polite. I would be reluctant to use the service again.

Easy, simple, affordable and a great service. Cannot fault it, driver Shah was on time, efficient and got me to my destination early! Very pleased. Will use again in the future!

I booked a taxi for a ski trip. The car arrived but stopped at the other end of the road at another number.. even though there was spots empty to park right outside my door. He fit my bags in his car with no problem, but when we were leaving he called the office and said he needed to change the price of my trip because it would require a bigger car, when no car change was required. The price then increase by £11. The driver then proceeded to drive aggressively and fly over speed bumps making it the most unpleasant journey I have even had. It’s fair to say I will not be using them again
A cost effective quality service. As they are based in the congestion charging zone they don't add congestion charging to the cost of drops outside the zone. They were a third cheaper than my local cab service! 3.5 out of 5 stars for the quality of drive as this one time it needed to be chauffeur like 'smooth' and it wasn't. However, I'd definitely use this service again.
