Placed an order at 9.10pm on Just Eat, when reviewed delivery time was for 10.30pm. Bit of a long time but was not an issue. Had to ring them at 10.35pm asking where my food was to have him reply with that they were only just making it now. I accepted this and waited. Food arrived at 10.55 pm with an item missing. I rang Swinton Balti back for him to say he will get it sent out now. Only just at 23.35pm did they bring it after everyone had eaten and had just gone off to bed. What an absolute joke. I understand they have busier times just like any business but to have me wait almost two hours for unsatisfactory food and then another 45 minutes for a missing item is a little bit beyond reasonable. Will not be ordering from there again due to this. As a small business with so much competition within a small area you should not be upsetting customers with such lack of organisation and communication.

Delivery took well over an hour and food was cold when it arrived. Chips missing from order and got a less than helpful response when called them back. Curry sauce watery, rice tasted powdery and the naan bread was dry and chewy!! Making myself a bacon sandwich now rather than eating THAT poor attempt at a curry! Won’t be getting “food” from here again!!

The most offal kebab I ever eat I mix kebab u have 6 pieces of meat and the lamb meat you can't eat was like gum awfully and for me should call onion kebab not mix meat kebab. Not recommend.

Excellent kebabs. Polite staff. I've used them repeatedly for kebabs and J.B. always makes sure I'm looked after.

Ordered 2 curries. Food turned up half an hour late. Curry was tasteless and meat was hard. Will never go to this place again. Absolute rubbish
