I'm a pizza hut fan and the £6.99 large pizza pickup is great value. HOWEVER, in not happy today, we added the new "cheese bites" tear off crust to our pizza for £2.99 and this is where it goes down hill, firstly the tear off bits and nothing special, just a dough ball basically. So the LARGE pizza come in the usual large box but the crusts isn't added to the usual size, it reduces the actual pizza base considerably... it get worse, the 4 free dips that come with your pizza are INSIDE your box in fancy cut out holders, WHICH REDUCES THE PIZZA SIZE EVEN MORE!!! (Definitely a clever con by pizza hut, tut tut). So in short when you tear the crust off you end up with about 4" of pizza, that's impossible to now pick up!!

Just stick to a large pizza, NO EXTRA FANCY CRUST, they are a waste of money.

You won't get me twice pizza hut!!!

Very good customer service. I was served by asian guy whitch was really helpful and advisable and made very tasty pizza. Definately will come back

If I could give it less than one star I would. Food took an hour and a half. When it turned up it was greasy and cold (not even luke warm, just cold). Delivered wrong drink, none of the sauces I had paid for. At twice the price of an independent takeaway you'd expect it to be nice. Made me feel grim. Binned most of it. Wish I had read the reviews before hand

If you want to wait endlessly for your food, then this is the place to order from.
We placed an order online with this Pizza Hut. We gave up after 1 hour 50 minutes and decided to go to the Golden Arches. After about an hour, we starting ringing the shop, but they don't pick up.  We rang customer service and was 20th in the queue.  2 hours and 10 mins later, we got a call off the delivery driver to say , have we ordered food? He was outside! He was very apologetic and told us they're having major problems with their system all day.  If only they answered their telephone maybe that could have helped, but they can't just expect people to sit around endlessly. Shocking way to run a business. Now we have to try and get a refund through customer service as we pre paid using a card. AVOID

This is a disgusting Franchise.
Horrible cold food.
Rock hard pizza that isn't sliced.
Hardly any cheese.
Cold garlic bread.
The manager "Riz" if that is his name is a horrible vile aggressive person
