We ordered online and after waiting over an hour and half for delivery we started to call the restaurant.... no answer. Eventually drove there and it was shut! Shocking customer service to let you place an order and give you a delivery time when they are not even open! What a joke of a place.

Terrible. The curries are OK...and I stress OK. They are not amazingly tasty but the ingredients do seem to be decent. The service however is bad to the point where you may or may not get your food at all. Ordered and they said it was a busy night so expect the food in roughly 1 hour. 1hr 45mins later I called and they seemed surprised I had been waiting so long and said 20 mins later the food would be delivered. Called again 30 minutes later and they said it was out for delivery. 3 hours after my food was ordered I tried ringing again but they had totally stopped answering their phones. Left a message but they never called back....food didn't arrive at all!!!!. Couldn't have been more polite with him on the phone the last time I spoke despite it being 2 hours 35 mins wait at that point and they wouldn't even consider a discount on the order for the inconvenience which was poor. I won't give my money to people who show such little respect for my time or life. Just look at their reviews on Just Eat and Hungry House and you will see that my incident is not isolated!!!

They make the best curries money can buy! I would like anyone who thinks Balti House is amazing try Koh I Noor it will blow you away! And it's value for money!
