Absolutely fantastic service. The guy behind the counter was helpful and polite. We were in a pickle with a banner and personalised balloons we needed making and he helped us out last minute. Definitely worth recommending and will continue to be a customer here.

Terrible... ordered 2 balloons for 25th Wedding Anniversary. One of the balloons was only held on by sticky tape so blew away, the other had been tied on properly. Owner said it was our responsibility (why use sticky tape) and refused any refund for the balloon or the weight... so much for keeping customers happy. Customer service is none existant. DO NOT use. Will never use again and would not recommend to anyone.

Used this place a few times. The guy is really helpful and tries his best to get me what I need or something very similar (I've had a few fancy dress parties over the past couple of years and always go here for my accessories) he's also got a good selection of balloons decorations I'm very indecisive but he suggests good ways and ideas with the end result looking fabulous! Will definitely go there again 😁

Been to Swinnertons today to buy a wig. Was so surprised at the amount of party & fancy dress supplies there. Very friendly staff & helpfull offering help & discounts plus I’ve taken out a loyalty card. Will be visiting again soon 😀

This place is a rip off. Avoid it at all costs- your wallet will thank you for it. In addition, the owner has zero customer etiquette. I do not think I've ever met anyone as abrupt and outspoken as him. In fact, he should have a notice on the door stating "prepare to be robbed and spoken over if you enter". I wish I had read the reviews on Google before ever entering this place as the one star ones describe him and his business perfectly. I will never go to this place again!
