Just wanted to thank you and our driver Minot who recently collected us from BA16 Australia when we landed at Heathrow. He was punctual, courteous, friendly and very professional. Our plane was late but he contacted us as we taxied on the runway and gave us directions on contacting him once we had cleared Customs/Immi with our bags. Please let him know how much we appreciated his service.
I was impressed by both Abdul and Mohammed. They were both on time, careful drivers, kind, helpful and polite. Abdul was particularly helpful because I took some heavy items to my friends. He got out of his car and took my items from me and put them in the boot then took them out at my destination,. I'm sure Mohammed would have done the same if needed. Had a surgery at 5am in Hammersmith and driver came to pick me up on time. Most affordable taxis in London, reliable and trustworthy. Definitely recommend
Update from October 2022 - continue to be great local service across London. I'm particularly impressed with their web booking system which is easy to use and pre book. Availability can be intermittent if it's last minute but always reliable when I book a few hours in advance. The call operators are all British and in the UK it seems which makes explaining things easier versus maybe to someone answering the phone in foreign call centres that are not familiar with London and the UK. Cars are also always well maintained, clean and the drivers very helpful.Service: Limousines
We initially booked a transfer for for our outbound flight from Heathrow after seeing recommendations for Airport Bee, but unfortunately the service we received didn't match expectations. Our confirmed pick up time for our family including a 4 year old and 6 month, with extra paid for a baby car seat was 6.30am, but after that time came and went, and some increasingly frantic phoencalls, we were told at around 6.45am that the driver had overslept and had just woken up. We ended up booking a last minute Uber, not ideal with two young children in tow. Based on the recommendations we'd received and the comparative cheap cost to to other providers, we decided to give AirportBee another chance for our return journey - a 5pm pick up from Heathrow it also entered our thinking that a driver would be less likely to oversleep at this time.... Communication with the driver was good to find the meeting place, but unfortunately our driver ended up in a heated argument with another taxi driver which threatened to come to blows, which I ultimately had to intervene in to diffuse - really not what you want to do after an early morning start and a 7 hour flight the confrontation wasn't initiated by our driver, but he exacerbated it by not moving the car. Once that was sorted and baggage was packed, we were driven home in good time, but ultimately were left on the wrong side of the road with suitcases left on the pavement, despite us pointing out the space on the correct side of the road by our house. All in all, a really disappointing experience to book-end our holiday, and we will not be using AirportBee/Cheetah Cars again.
My driver was incredibly kind and helpful. I was going home from hospital, having had an operation on my knee, and was not moving very easily, but he was extremely patient and kind. Thank you. It makes all the difference!
Had two taxis with this company during the train strike, they did not overcharge me, great staff, really efficient, punctual, friendly and helpful. Personal service, unlike apps. Support local business and try them!

Used to be really good once upon a time. But that's long gone now. Service has gone down the drain. Drivers not very professional and always charging extra. It's a shame as they used to be really reliable and professional!
