I've been renting an Emma Creasey property for just under 6 months, and to say i am dissatisfied is an understatement. It started off well and they were nice at the beginning (although they could've been a bit more helpful, sometimes it felt like trying to get info was like trying to get blood out of a stone). I paid their fee, went through the credit check, moved in but wasn't given a choice of moving in date it was more like YOU WILL MOVE IN ON THIS DATE. Which was actually quite inconvenient and didn't give me a lot of time. Once I moved in, they didn't want to know about any problems with the house even though there were LOTS of big problems with the house. They kept telling me I was wrong, or ignoring me altogether. The house wasn't cleaned before I moved in even though they promised it would be, and the cooker was in the worst condition I have ever seen (and I run my own cleaning company so that's saying something!). They don't reply to emails, eventually they send absolute cowboys out to come "repair" things. They are unprofessional and rude, and their attitude is poor. They are doing a disservice to tenants and landlords by acting like this. Can't wait to move out at the end of the tenancy to be quite honest.
