Many thanks to the staff at Glasgow Buchanan Galleries Swatch store. In particular Suzy was very helpful, and patient, with my daughter in picking out her first watch Flik Flak. Also, it’s worth asking for stock availability if not on display.
There is one lady staff is racist! She only sell the watch moon mercury and Neptune to her friend! Was in the queue this morning. She came out said we don’t have moon, mercury and Neptune today! So we all gone and in afternoon time I saw English guy went into shop bought moon! I went into shop asked and she still said no! Wow thank you for your service! The manager should check the cctv see what is going on with their staff! Shame of yourselves lady. Making money by sell good watch to her friend ! Yeah make it right swatch shop!
Mixed. 2 separate occasions visited and managed to get a swatch / omega which we were very happy about. 1st occasion, the female staff gave good service, were knowledgeable and although they let us try the watches on, it was all very secretive, with them speaking quietly and the transaction feeling all very 'under the counter'. A strange buying experience sure, but no bother. Occasion no. 2. 2 male members of staff, nobody else in the store. No welcome and mostly 1 word answers from these two. I asked to view the models they had in stock, they looked put out by my request, but allowed it. I did buy, but certainly not because of the service. Guys you're not selling Fabergé eggs here, come on...
Absolutely great experience in the Glasgow store, thanks to Ben. Ben helped show and explain all of the watches we were looking for and went above and beyond to show us alternatives which we may also like. He also was incredibly patient as we decided on whether or not to buy, as a result of Bens patience we felt empowered to buy another watch for my Wife. Thank you Ben, you are a credit to Swatch.
Never been made to feel more unwelcome in a watch shop. Wanted to look at the Blancpain collaboration watches and they hesitantly showed me a couple but wouldn’t let me try one on. Why would I buy a watch I can’t try on? The guy gingerly let me hold one. I’ve walked into Omega, Rolex, Watches of Switzerland etc and tried on and bought all sorts, with no drama or pre-judgement. The three security guards outside is obviously just a hype tactic as well.
Purchased a swatch pay unfortunately shop ordered it online for me as shop had no stock it was sent from Switzerland directly to my door very quick within 3 working days. The curve card came separately and I had no luck in connecting it with my phone I went back and did a swap for a basic bioceramic swatch watch and I was also refunded in full by curve based in London. Thank you
This store is the epitome of bad service 900 am opening 937 still waiting to enter shop. This after phoning the previous evening and being assured item I was looking for was in stock and there would not be a need to queue. I arrived at the store at 830 to find a massive throng of people so much for not needing to queue. And I agree with the comments regarding security guards ignorant and make you feel like a criminal. Need to up your game swatch this is not good enough. Make that 951 still waiting to just get into the store.
Recently bought a new watch from this store, yes a Moonswatch! Staff were really nice food customer care got to see all the different types and had a great chat about watches and other things. Would happily shop here again!
At 8:30 in the morning, I was queuing at jonh Lewis's Swatch store. There were three people behind me, but the manager asked the three people behind me to buy first. I thought I could buy Swatch x Omega Biochemical Moonswatch Mission to the Moon, but There are only 3 watches of this kind in the store. I think these three people should be friends of the manager. I was very angry. I went into the store to comment, but the manager did not give me a reasonable explanation. The service attitude is very poor.
Excellent customer service at Glasgow Swatch shop Buchanan Galleries. I was needing replacement battery and friendly guy really helpful on 20/1/2023 .ln comparison was so disappointed with poor service at Edinburgh Princes Street shop on 12/1/2023 . Many thanks Swatch Glasgow !
