Reasonable vets, always helpful, and caring with pets, however they don't treat wildlife, but they would put a wild animal down.
Yes .just registered wwith them ,and my first impressions are ,they are of a caring nature and treated our two little kittens with care on there medical exam.looks like we made the right choice.5 stars
Excellent friendly caring Vets and staff with a superb service, sadly this is spoilt slightly by overpriced medication. Vets aren't cheap anyway so paying huge markups on meds isn't fair. Worth checking online to see if your pets medication is cheaper although you will need a prescription writing at a cost to you of about £15. Try petdrugsonline, animed, pedmeds
Took my dog Bua on Saturday morning to this vets and i have to say this is one of the best experiences I have ever had taking my dog to the vets Bua was limping and very sore on his underneath Maria the vet was so kind and patient with him gave him a really good examination prescribed him shampoo cream and antibiotics which even though its only been 2 days he is showing signs of improvement. Bua will definitely be staying with this vets Thankyou to the whole team from Maria the vet to the lady that came into help hold Bua And the very pleasant excellent reception staff From the Meads family and Bua of improvement already I just want to say a very big thanks to the whole team and I am so grateful Bua is now registered with this vets I know he will always bein safe hands
I had lost faith in finding a vet that really connected with their customers pets. So many are just interested in expensive insurance paid procedures. Thank you and keep up the great work. In the nicest possible way I hope I don't have to see you all soon with my other fur baby Buddha.
Swanzdale vets and nurses give our Staffordshire Bull Terrier the best care, and excellent advice for her ongoing health. We cannot praise them enough.
All tge team at Swanzdale have exhibited wonderful care. Matt and Jim have given my labradorite exceptional care. Would not hesitate to recommend the care from the team.

This week we sadly needed an emergency vet for our 8 year old Irish Setter, Phoebe, who was taken ill very quickly whilst we were away from home. Whilst the whole situation was obviously very upsetting, we could not fault the Swanzdale Care Centre. From the first call to Matthew at a very late hour, then the subsequent consultation, scans and x rays we felt confident in the diagnosis and care that Phoebe was given if only for a short time. Matthew made the whole process as bearable as possible even though it was so upsetting, and not the outcome we would have hoped for. We cannot thank him and his colleague, Jim enough for the care that Phoebe was given and the length that Matthew went to, to explain the situation. If we lived closer we would not hesitate to choose this Vets for our other Irish Setter, Lincoln. Thank you , Wendy and Peter Gardner
Good vets if you get the right one, we had an awful end of life experience with our dog, vet blamed the fact that our dogs paws were too big and she only had little hands. But, that said, not a bad vet.
